Whittier, Calif. (May 19, 2026) PIH Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Rolin MBA CRT as Vice President of Ancillary Services at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital.
In this role, Donna will provide oversight of our ancillary service areas—including cardiology, catheterization lab, radiology and interventional radiology, respiratory services, neurology operations, and physical medicine—and will partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to support quality, throughput, service excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.

Donna brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, including improving workflows and efficiencies, strengthening staff engagement and satisfaction, and leading initiatives to increase patient access and drive revenue.
She most recently served as the Director of Imaging at Rady Children’s Health, San Diego, where she led enterprise-wide imaging operations across the largest pediatric hospital on the West Coast. Previously, she held imaging leadership and consulting roles with AltaMed Health Services and Providence Health and earlier served as District Director of Imaging at Palomar Health. Prior to that, Donna provided radiology consulting for Children’s Hospital of Orange County before formally joining the organization as its Director of Diagnostic Imaging.
Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from California Coast University.
