Whittier, Calif. (September 9, 2026) – PIH Health Whittier Hospital has been awarded the 2026 NRC Health Consumer Loyalty Award which recognizes the top 10 NRC Health partner hospitals that have earned both a strong brand reputation and high patient willingness-to-recommend scores. This honor celebrates organizations that consistently meet or exceed both patient and consumer expectations.

The Consumer Loyalty Award recognizes the top 10 “Gold Standard” NRC Health partner hospitals, which have strong brand image and reputation and high Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) “Would Recommend” scores.
