Jenny Herrington is a seasoned HR professional who founded Herrington Consulting, a boutique consulting firm, to offer one-on-one support for small business owners, empowering them to create the HR structure and strategy to protect their businesses and set their teams up for success. Jenny is a SHRM-CP, and a certified HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, and Training and Development Specialist. She earned her social science and math degrees at Biola and lives with her family in Whittier.
