Labor Law Poster Pre-order Deadline
The Whittier Chamber is now accepting orders for 2022 Labor Law Posters. As of January 1, all businesses must have the updated poster displayed in their workplace to remain in compliance with state and federal laws. Mandatory 2022 poster updates include the DFEH Discrimination and Harassment notice for January 1, 2022, the Cal/OSHA notice dated August 2019 and the CFRA notice (now called the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave notice) dated March 2022.
Members pay $45 and non-members pay $55. All posters will include Poster Protect which guarantees if a mandatory change occurs during 2022, a replacement poster will be issued at no additional charge.
