AB 5 Employment Status Seminar

The state’s Employment Development Department (EDD) will be hosting a series of seminars discussing Assembly Bill 5 throughout the year. During the seminar, they will go over the ABC Test, how to go about determining whether a worker is an employee or an independent contractor, as well as provide resources to aid in classifying workers. The seminars are free to attend.
