Whittier Community Theatre presents “Picasso at the Lapin Agile” by Steve Martin

Roxie  Lee  directs  this  absurdist  comedy  of  big  ideas  from  the  pen  of  the
 wild - and - crazy  Steve Martin.

The  time  is  1904,  and  the  Lapin  Agile  is  a  Paris  hang – out  for  artists,  philosophers,  and neighborhood  drinkers.  On  this  particular  night,  some  big  brains  are  going  to  collide  and  the questions  of  what  constitutes  genius  and  how  art and  science  influence  our  everyday  lives
will  be explored  by  the  bar’s  regulars, with  some  inspiration  from  none  other  than  Pablo  Picasso  and  Albert  Einstein.

November  8,  9,  15,  16,  22  and  23  at  8:00  pm  and  November  17  at  2:30  pm.

Bring  a  non-perishable  food  item  to  the  box  office  and  receive  a free  treat  at  intermission.

All  contributions  will  be  donated  to  a  local  food  bank.
