- Be in Kindergarten - 6th Grade
- Live in WRD Service Area
- Demonstrate the importance of groundwater and or water conservation
- Be submitted on 8.5 x 11 Paper in horizontal orientation by Sunday, November 2, 2025
- Include parental/guardian consent
