Rio Hondo College: Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic

Río Hondo College is offering free income tax preparation through its VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Clinic for eligible community members. Professionally trained volunteers will prepare and electronically file federal and California state tax returns at no cost for individuals and families who earned $69,000 or less in 2025. Participants may also qualify for the Federal and California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC). Services are provided on a walk-in basis and are designed to help taxpayers file accurately, maximize refunds and avoid costly filing fees.
