DESCRIPTION:All California employers are required to post a California and Federal Labor Law poster in a conspicuous place in the workplace to ensure your employees are aware of their rights in the workplace. The poster must be displayed at each business location and jobsite where employees can easily see it and read it.\nThe 2023 poster reflects mandatory updates effective January 1\, 2023\, including changes to the California Minimum Wage notice\, the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave notice\, the California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment notice\, the Transgender Rights in the Workplace notice\, the Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal notice (formerly EEO is the Law)\, and EDD?s Notice to Employees. The California minimum wage will increase to $15.50 per hour for all employers on that date.\n\nYou may need to order several to ensure that your business\, branches and satellite offices are displaying the poster according to the law.
